B) PURCHASE POLICIES
1. All money due are payable through Malaysian local bank and in MALAYSIAN RINGGIT currency.
2. All transactions are final as any item purchased are neither refundable nor exchangeable. So, please choose your preferred items wisely.
3. Prices do not include the delivery and handling costs, unless stated otherwise.

C) DELIVERY POLICIES
1) Below are examples of situations of when will your items be delivered by us after payment is received.
i) If payment is received before 6 pm, TUESDAY, we will pack your items on TUESDAY night and post your items on our next business day, that is WEDNESDAY morning.
ii) If payment is received after 6pm, TUESDAY, we will only consider your payment on our next business day, that is WEDNESDAY morning, pack your items on WEDNESDAY night, and post your items on THURSDAY morning.
iii) If payment is received before 6 pm, SUNDAY, we will pack your items on SUNDAY night and post your items on our next business day, that is TUESDAY morning. (Please note that our boutique is closed on MONDAY).
iv) If payment is received after 6pm, SUNDAY, we will only consider your payment on our next business day, that is TUESDAY morning, pack your items on TUESDAY night, and post your items on WEDNESDAY morning.
2) All item(s) will be sent via Pos Laju/Pos Express.
3) To ensure the quality and the good conditions of the items, we will use our best method that will secure our products from any damage. However, this will not be 100% guarantee that the products will be delivered safely. Customers will have to understand the conditions when we are using the courier services. Therefore, visiting our boutique or our dealers would be the preferred method.
